In 1983, Arif and his wife, Carrie established Playschool, a space where a blend of safety and excitement fosters a cozy, family-oriented environment that children are able to learn and grow in, that parents trust.
Ranee
Director
Ranee is dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. Beginning at Playschool at 15, she has devoted her life to working with kids. Her creativity and warmth make her a favorite among the children. Ranee believes every child deserves a nurturing environment to thrive.
Maddie
Director & Teacher
Maddie has over a decade of experience with children, including six years at Playschool and five years as a nanny. She is dedicated to connecting with kids and values the importance of physical activity and artistic expression for their development.
Sable
Substitute Director & Teacher
Sable has nearly ten years of experience in caring for children, prioritizing their safety and well-being above all else. She understands the unique needs of each child and tailors her approach to foster independence and confidence. Her dedication to fostering a safe atmosphere ensures that each child feels valued and is given a chance to thrive.
Sheila
Toddler Teacher
Sheila has been with Playschool daycare for over 10 years, bringing 25 years of childcare experience. She enjoys engaging with the kids through conversation and play, genuinely caring for their wellbeing. Her commitment and warmth make her an invaluable part of the Playschool community.
Mariana
Infant/Wobbler Teacher
For three years, Mariana has nurtured and inspired her students. She brightens the classroom, creating a joyful atmosphere for learning and play. Focusing on one-on-one care, she connects with each child, spreading smiles and fun. With Mariana, every moment is a chance for growth and joy!

Early Morning Teacher
Livina is our devoted early morning teacher, maximizing her limited hours. She creates a nurturing environment, holding high expectations for each child's growth Her care for children reflects her love for her grandchildren, as she arrives at Playschool ready to inspire. We appreciate her commitment and passion for early childhood education.
Leticia
Preschool Teacher
Leticia is a highly qualified preschool teacher with a CDA in preschool education and a bachelor’s in Elementary Education. Currently pursuing her AAS at Clackamas Community College, she enhances our preschool classroom with creativity and structure, introducing fun, immersive learning experiences for our children.
